The amount of water you use depends on the volume of water/PlotStart your sprayer puts out. For example, if you fill up your 4-gallon backpack sprayer with 2.5 gal of PlotStart and the rest with water, you could treat a full acre but you’d likely have to run! In this case do two fills in the sprayer with 1.25 gal of PlotStart in each, and treat a 1/2 acre with each tank. The bottom line is it all depends on your sprayer, but as long as the recommended amount of PlotStart or PlotBoost is sprayed evenly over the right acreage, you will have a great food plot!
