I planted my first food plot of chikory and clover mix in 2018 spring and it came in really well. It seems the deer have eaten the chickory down to soil. So will I have to replant or will it come back. And I\’m going to plant a food mainly for wild turkey can i plant chufa in northeast Tennessee. Any recommendations Thank you

Chicory food plots for deer are a great species to mix with clover. They will come back as they are a perennial. You can plant chufa in Tennessee, the planting dates would roughly be from May to June. However clover is a good choice for turkey plots as they can put a lot of food on the table during the spring turkey seasons.
