Can you spray plotboost when there is not rain in the forecast?  I am going up to my cabin this weekend and would like to spray my 1/2 acre lot of clover, turnips and radishes.  It hasn’t rained in about 2 weeks and they are not calling for any rain for at least the next week.  They want it cool at night so there should be some dew on the leaves in the morning.  If I apply plotboost in the morning with the dew, will it burn up the plot since no rain is forecasted?

Yes you can apply PlotBoost when rain is not in the forecast. Be sure to apply it during the morning or afternoon when shade is over the plot and temperatures are at their lowest during the day like you have mentioned. PlotBoost will increase water uptake and increase the plant’s tolerance to drought. Just make sure the tank is clean and does not contain any residual herbicides.
