i am planning on starting a clover plot in a recently timbered stand of woods.  I have cleared approx 1/2 acre of land.  I have plot starter and am concerned as to when i should apply it? I hope to brodcast my seed about the first of March.  Will it be too wet to apply plot start? Do I need several hours/days of dry weather for it to soak in after it is sprayed?

For the best result when frost seeding clover in March, spray the PlotStart before broadcasting the seed. If the plot has some slope and potential runoff then wait for it to be dry enough to soak into the soil. If there isn’t standing water on the plot then you should be okay to apply PlotStart before broadcasting the clover seed.
