Customer Engagement Specialist

Work Hours: 20-25 hours/Wk; M-F
Compensation: up to $750/week
Location: Remote Position, or office near Pittsburgh PA

Details:
DeerGro is a leader in food plot enhancement and fertilizers, focused on creating healthier soils and more attractive food plots. The Customer Engagement Specialist will be responsible for establishing high-quality DeerGro customer interactions. Daily tasks will be answering questions, engaging with prospective customers and dealers, communication is shipping issues and damaged delivery filings, and assistance monitoring social media channels. Primary engagement will be through email and phone, however, there may be consumer shows needing assistance on request, all expenses covered by DeerGro. This is a seasonal job with February to October being primary time frames, however may become full-time with a show circuit.
